that meet your criteria as soon as they come available, and E mail photos and details for
your review. |

Your Best Interests: As your personal Realtor I will represent you carefully
and fully at every step of the way, from search and research, to offer and negotiation, to escrow and closing... and after! This is done at absolutely at no cost to you! |

Your Personal Property Tour: When you are ready to visit Park City for a personal tour, I will arrange a personally
guided tour of the Park City or Deer Valley properties we have chosen
to preview. I will respect your time and concerns with no sales
pressure, ever. If you're in Park City for skiing, of course, we will schedule around that important aspect of your visit! |

Financing: If you require financing, I will help you arrange a preliminary
meeting or conversation with one or more reputable lenders, on line,
on the phone, or in person. If you are financing your Park City investment, a "pre-approval" letter can greatly increase

to make an offer, I will prepare a professionally written purchase

Details: If and when we come to terms on the property of your choice,
I will begin to monitor all of the many ensuing details that comprise

Disclosures, Complete Signatures, Completed Documents, Property
Inspections, Financing Details, Appraisals, Contingencies and Time
Frames, Settlement Statements, Closing Procedures, and much more. |

Inspections: I will help you arrange your independent property inspection and a final walk-through
inspection. I will also provide you with all necessary information for efficient utility transfers to your account at closing. |
11.
Settlement and Closing: I will monitor your Settlement process as
it approaches, watching your interests at all times. Many Park City
transactions are settled and closed by fax, e mail, wire
transfer, and Fed Ex! If you can't be here for closing, you don't
have to be! I will guide you carefully through your closing, verify
each step, and send you keys and a copy of the deed to your new
Park City home!
